Box team workflow

Keep this HTML file and a single colour-proofing-backup.json file in your shared Box folder. Open the planner locally, restore the latest JSON from Box, edit bookings, then download a new backup and replace the JSON in Box. Everyone must restore the latest file to see changes. This is not live sync.

For safer coordination, assign one editor at a time. Box folder permissions do not control editing inside a downloaded HTML file.

Calendar shows all bookings on each day. Hover over a booking for the site, person and time details. Red indicates an actual resource clash.

Bookings

Edit dates, sites, people and optional times using simple 30-minute dropdowns. Select “All day / no time” for both fields to reserve full days.

Renaming updates existing bookings. Remove a creative only if they have no bookings.

Click a site name to rename it. Removing a site in use is blocked.

Markets & colours

Click a market name to rename it. Changes appear in the legend and calendar.

Save and share

Bookings and planner settings save automatically in this browser where supported. Backups include both.

Restore backup

Time dropdowns offer 30-minute intervals. Timed bookings use the same local time zone and must start/end on the selected dates. If both times are blank, the booking occupies the entire date range. This file works offline and does not sync automatically through Box.
